2. Your status
By placing an order through our website you warrant that: you are legally capable of entering into binding contracts and you are at least 18 years old.
3. How the contract is formed
All orders are subject to acceptance by us and we will confirm such acceptance to you by on-line electronic means (the ‘Confirmation’). We expressly reserve the right to refuse any order made by a customer with whom we have an ongoing dispute or from anyone we suspect of making purchases on our site by fraudulent means.
Prices and payment
The prices for any products ordered will be as quoted on our web site. All prices are inclusive of VAT, but exclude any delivery charge (See ‘Delivery’ page). Prices and vintages are subject to change without prior notice. Product images displayed may sometimes differ from the respective product names and descriptions, due to changes in packaging and/or availability. Items shown with gift boxes may not always be available with gift boxes - if this is your requirement please check with us before ordering.
Bottle sizes unless specified are: Wine & Champagne 75cl, Spirits 70cl.
Please note that your credit or debit card will be debited for the full value of your order in £
Credit / Debit card payments are made via our secure payment system, provided by HSBC Merchant Services.
Your card will be debited when payment is authorised and before we dispatch your order.
In the event of a product being unavailable we will contact you before your order is dispatched.
Ownership
We retain ownership of any products ordered until we have received full payment for such products. However, risk in the products will pass to you upon delivery.
Our Refund Policy
You may cancel your order at any time and for any reason within 7 days of delivery of the products ordered. In this case you must notify us of your wish to cancel in writing (see below) and you must return the product(s) to us at your expense in their original wrapping, intact and accompanied by all accessories and documentation that were part of the delivery. We will refund any monies paid to us in respect of a cancelled order within 30 days of receiving your note of cancellation. (Delivery charges are non-refundable)
Damaged or Missing Items
If, upon delivery, any goods are missing or damaged you must report this to us within 24 hours of receipt. Please open and examine cases on arrival and indicate any problems on the carrier’s sheet.

4. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
Contracts for the purchase of products through our web site will be governed by English law. Any dispute arising from or related to such contracts shall be subject to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the English Courts.
