If it is more convenient you may collect your order from our shop. Please allow up to  7 days. We will notify you when your order is ready to collect. 

• Delivery to Mainland UK is by courier.
• Standard delivery is within Mainland UK.
• Please allow 7-10 days for delivery.
• We can also deliver to your workplace if it is more convenient for you.

Our courier will only attempt to deliver your parcel twice and will leave a card on each occasion. If the recipient fails to then collect their parcel it will be returned to us - the cost of this will be passed onto the customer. If you do not wish us to re-send the parcel, only the cost of the product(s) minus the initial delivery charge and return charge will be refunded. If you do wish us to re-send a parcel a further delivery charge will be incurred.
